At Four Seasons Greenery we believe the key to a successful design and client satisfaction is in the collaborative process. We'll work with you to pin down your vision, needs, goals and budget and then design an interior or exterior landscaping plan to suit your particular situation.

The Landscape Design Process

Consultation and Walk Through

The process begins with a complimentary design consultation. We'll let you lead us through and around your commercial property to get an undertstanding of what your expectations, goals and vision for your property are as well as your style and budgetary concerns.  We'll assess the light quality and quantity, aesthetic, plant and container possibilities and scope of the job. If you are working on an exterior project, we'll also tour the interior of your building to better understand your aesthetic and the ambience of the property so we can create consistency between the outside and inside of your building. We'll take this opportunity to  take all the measurements we'll need for the design process and assess soil quality, drainage and irrigation needs, style and aesthetic, lighting and spacial configuration.

Design and Plantscape Diagram

Once we understand what you are looking for, we hit the drawing board so to speak. We'll design a comprehensive landscape, installation and service plan to meet your needs. We select the plants and containers, seasonal rotations and floral displays that will best suit your space and acheive your goals.

We provide a planting diagram for each season and create the installation plan and service program so you can visualize the look and feel of the new design and fully understand the ongoing maintenance and installation requirements. We think it is best to fully communicate every part of the process from the start so we can avoid and surprises and so the process goes smoothly.

Proposal and Quote

Once we have put the plan together, we'll present it to you and explain the plantscape diagram, proposal for installation and maintenance services, and the quote for the entire job. Together we'll assess the plan and make any changes that you might think necessary to acheive the goal. The work will begin once you are comfortable with the plan and give us the go-ahead.

Installation

Our professional and experienced installation team will install your interior project typically in less than one day at a time that is convenient for you and your business.

Installation of exterior landscapes take anywhere from a single day to a week depending on the scope and scale of the project. We will work with you to schedule the installation at the most convenient time possible for your property and will work quickly to ensure it is done well, right and in as little time as possible that will allow us to ensure the quality of the work.
